Job Summary
We're looking for a detail-oriented
Finance Associate to support financial operations across marketplace platforms. You'll handle payment tracking, payout reconciliation, invoice management, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile payouts and track deductions, returns, and commissions.
- Manage invoice generation and validation.
- Maintain Excel reports for sales and claims.
- Assist in preparing financial summaries and audits.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with e-commerce finance operations or tools like Tally, Zoho Books, or SAP is a plus.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- MBA in Finance or related postgraduate degree is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of e-commerce operations and marketplace processes.
Preferred Requirements
- Candidates with experience in Receivables and Collections
- Certifications like CA Inter, CMA, or CFA Level 1 will be considered an added advantage.
