Role Description
This is a role based on-site in Mumbai. The Finance Associate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, contributing to financial reporting, and demonstrating strong analytical skills. The role involves collaborating with the team on financial processes and ensuring precise communication of financial data to stakeholders. The candidate will also assist in the evaluation of financial strategies and execution of financial advisory tasks.
Qualifications
- Qualified CA with upto 3 years experience
- Managing day-to-day accounting activities (AP/AR, payroll, expenses)
- Preparing financial statements (profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Reconciling bank statements and ledgersStrong understanding and experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Proficient Analytical Skills with a focus on interpreting and analyzing financial data
- Solid knowledge and practical application of Finance principles
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
