Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finance Associate role based in Derawal Nagar (Model Town, Delhi). The Finance Associate will support the preparation and review of financial statements, assist in routine financial reporting, and maintain accurate financial records. Daily responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing reports and summaries for internal and external stakeholders, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities. The role involves collaborating with team members to ensure timely month-end and year-end closing, responding to information requests, and helping improve financial processes and controls. The Finance Associate will also communicate findings clearly to management, contribute to ad hoc analyses, and uphold compliance with relevant policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Accounting knowledge and the ability to interpret concepts.
- Candidates should possess skills in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting for accurate preparation and review of financial information.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present financial insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial software tools; familiarity with ERP or accounting systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality in handling financial information.
What You'll Do
- Prepare MIS reports and monthly and weekly profitability reports with the team
- Analyze financial data and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Build and maintain financial models for strategic initiatives, scenario planning, and decision-making
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management
- Work with accounting teams to ensure accurate, timely reporting and regulatory compliance
- Verify supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness, and record transactions in the accounting system
- Take on ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related field
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and AI skills
- Experience with financial management software or ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
- Clear communication and presentation skills, including explaining finance to non-finance stakeholders
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
