Job Title: Finance Associate – CFO Services

About The Role
ATMS & CO LLP is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Finance Associate to join our CFO Services team. This role is ideal for professionals with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in core finance functions who are looking to expand their exposure to strategic financial management and advisory.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering end-to-end CFO services to clients across industries
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and dashboards
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights
- Manage cash flow monitoring and working capital optimization
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and other stakeholders
- Support in financial due diligence and advisory assignments
Requirements
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in finance (core finance roles preferred)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial tools
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- CA Inter / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred
