Job Title: Finance Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Associate to join our CFO Department. The ideal candidate will support financial operations, reporting, and analysis while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. This role is well-suited for candidates with 1–2 years of experience who are looking to grow in a dynamic finance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of financial statements, reports, and MIS
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger entries
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
- Assist in audits and documentation requirements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for financial data and reporting
- Support the CFO office in day-to-day financial operations
Qualifications & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com)
- CA Dropout or CMA Dropout candidates are encouraged to apply
Experience
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or related roles
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
