About The Company
A leading B2B travel technology organization working with travel agents, corporates, and partners. The company handles high-volume airline transactions and focuses strongly on accurate reconciliation, compliance, and financial governance
Key Responsibilities Financial Reconciliation & Controls
- Perform regular reconciliation of:
○ Books vs system / ERP records
○ Receivables, payables, and settlement accounts
○ Airline invoices, credit notes, and adjustments
Assist in identifying mismatches, variances, and unresolved balances and support
Statutory & Tax Compliance Support
- Support preparation and filing of statutory returns including GST and other applicable filings.
- Assist in reconciliation of tax-related data with books and system records.
- Maintain compliance trackers and supporting documentation.
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare periodic financial reports, reconciliations, and summaries for management review.
- Support month-end closing activities and compliance reporting.
- Maintain accurate records for audits and internal reviews.
Audit & Documentation Assist in internal audits, statutory audits, and compliance reviews.
- Maintain organized documentation for financial transactions and filings.
- Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and internal stakeholders when required.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with receivables, payables, operations, and tech teams to resolve reconciliation and compliance-related issues.
- Support ERP data validation and correction activities.
- Contribute to process improvements and standardization initiatives.
Ualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
- 2-4 years experience in finance, accounting, or reconciliation roles.
- Exposure to B2B services, travel, airlines, or high-volume transaction environments preferred.
Basic working knowledge of GST and statutory compliance is an advantage.
