Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Finance Executive (Fresher) to support the finance team in managing financial records, tracking invoices, maintaining payment data, and assisting with MIS reporting. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, good with numbers, and interested in building a career in finance and accounts.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare department-wise estimates and update payout details in finance Excel sheets.
- Assist in tracking invoices and maintaining records of cleared vs. pending invoices.
- Coordinate with banks for basic support and maintain updated bank contact details.
- Maintain bank account information records (excluding sensitive access/logins).
- Ensure compliance payment trackers are updated and follow up on upcoming or overdue payments.
Supporting Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining expense and payment trackers.
- Help organize and maintain financial documents and records systematically.
- Support the team with data entry for MIS reports and financial updates.
- Follow up internally with relevant teams for pending approvals, invoices, or information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (B.Com / BBA / MBA – Finance preferred).
- 0 – 1 year of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.

- Basic understanding of invoice tracking and MIS reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
