Role Description
The Finance Assistant-Junior Resource will support the finance and accounting team with day-to-day operations, including managing invoicing, bookkeeping, financial record-keeping, and assisting with reports. Responsibilities include preparing financial documents, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing support for audits, tax filings, and other financial processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, offering opportunities for professional growth and development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Finance and Accounting, with a strong understanding of financial principles and processes.
- Skilled in Invoicing and general bookkeeping tasks, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong Analytical Skills for financial analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Effective Communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder interactions.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as MS Office, accounting tools, or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and financial compliance is desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; professional certifications such as CA or CMA will be a plus.
