Role Description : This is full time on site for a Finance Apprentice located in Gurugram.
Duration : 1 year
Stipend : As per industry norms
Responsibilities :
- Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts
- Liaison with Shared Service Centre for follow-up and regularization of vendor payment-related information including outstanding control
- Preparation of tax accounting calculations.
- Analysis of financial data of a complex nature.
- Analyze information to prepare accurate tax reports and develop a collaborative relationship with customers & colleagues
- Carry out tax research and summarize findings
- To assist clients in tax matters and to clarify issues in tax law
Key skill requirements:
- Strong data entry skills
- Proficiency in English (Written and Spoken) & Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Tech savviness
- Adaptability
- Problem solving
- Time management.
Job Requirement:
Fresher
- B.com
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi (both verbal & written)
