The Role
As we grow, we’re looking for someone who can bring financial discipline, operational reliability, and organisational clarity to our small but dynamic team. This role is best suited for someone with 5+ years of experience primarily in accounts, who enjoys keeping systems organised and ensuring the day-to-day operations of a company run smoothly.
In a small team like ours, this role will sit at the core of financial operations, while also supporting administrative and people coordination where needed.
What You’ll Work On
Finance & Accounts (Primary Focus – ~70%)
You’ll manage the day-to-day financial processes that keep the organisation running smoothly.
- Manage invoicing, receivables, vendor payments, and expense tracking
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records
- Coordinate with external accountants on GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Track budgets, project expenses, and cash flow across company activities
- Support payroll inputs, reimbursements, and financial documentation
- Maintain financial trackers and assist with monthly reconciliations
- Ensure timely collections and organised vendor payment processes
Admin & Operations (~15%)
Smooth operations help the entire team work better.
- Manage vendor coordination, subscriptions, and operational payments
- Maintain organised documentation of contracts, invoices, and company records
- Support logistics and coordination for internal meetings, shoots, and events
- Help maintain simple internal systems for documentation and approvals
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office through consistent administrative support
HR Coordination (~15%)
While this is not a dedicated HR role, you’ll help ensure basic people processes remain organised.
- Support hiring coordination and candidate scheduling
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and leave tracking
- Coordinate payroll inputs and basic HR administration
- Assist with onboarding documentation for new team members
Where You’ll Add Value

- Keeping financial records and reporting organised and reliable
- Ensuring receivables, vendor payments, and expenses are tracked systematically
- Supporting the team with clear operational and documentation processes
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience, primarily in accounts or finance roles
- Comfortable managing bookkeeping, invoicing, and compliance coordination
- Strong organisational and documentation skills
- Proficient with Excel / Google Sheets and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar)
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a small team environment
