We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven Finance & Payroll Executive to join our growing team in Bangalore. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their finance career who wants hands-on exposure across payroll, accounting, and financial operations in a fast-paced environment.
Work Location: Bellandur, Bangalore
Work Mode: 5 Days a week
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing with 100% accuracy and timely disbursement
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliations across bank accounts, wallets, and accounting ledgers
- Collect, Track and ensure timely submission of employee timesheets
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and applicable laws
- Generate payslips and handle employee payroll queries professionally and promptly
- Prepare, issue, and track client and vendor invoices as per timelines
- Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and follow up for timely collections
- Process vendor invoices and coordinate approvals for Accounts Payable (AP)
- Maintain structured financial data in spreadsheets and accounting systems
- Support preparation of MIS reports, budget variance analysis, and cash flow summaries
- Assist with internal and external audits, documentation, and data queries
- Contribute to improving workflows and providing administrative support to the finance team
✅ Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
- (B.Com / BBA (Finance) / M.Com / MBA preferred)
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in finance operations (AP/AR, accounting basics)
- Good understanding of US payroll and compliance
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience with accounting tools such as QuickBooks, Zoho and / or Xero
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling financial and employee data
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with HR, Operations, and external vendors
