Role: Finance & Payroll Executive – Bengaluru South
This is a full-time, on-site role for a detail-driven finance professional to own end-to-end finance
operations, including:
- Payroll processing & statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, GHI, GPA)
- Client invoicing & receivables management
- Purchase Order (PO) creation & tracking
- Client & employee onboarding (finance + compliance)
- Coordination across Finance, HR & Business teams
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in payroll processing and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience in financial reporting, budget management, and expense tracking
- Knowledge of accounting principles and auditing procedures
- Experience with finance software/tools (Zoho, Tally, GreytHR, etc.)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA is a plus)
- Prior experience in finance and payroll, preferably in Semiconductor, IT, Design, or Consulting services
