We are looking for a highly capable Finance & Accounts professional who can independently manage financial operations, aggressively drive payment collections, coordinate with clients, and maintain strong financial discipline across the organization.
This role is for someone who is sharp, proactive, commercially aware, detail-oriented, and extremely reliable with numbers and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, invoicing, and financial records
- Track receivables and follow up on delayed/stuck payments with clients
- Coordinate directly with clients, vendors, banks, and internal stakeholders on financial matters
- Attend meetings/discussions wherever required for payment and commercial coordination
- Identify discrepancies, financial leakages, calculation errors, and reporting mismatches proactively
- Prepare MIS reports, payment trackers, reconciliations, and management summaries
- Ensure accuracy in accounting entries, taxation, and statutory compliance records
- Work closely with leadership on financial planning, controls, and operational processes
- Independently manage multiple responsibilities with minimum supervision
Requirements
- 3-6+ years of strong practical experience in Finance & Accounts
- Experienced CA preferred (fresh/only-qualified CAs without execution exposure are not suitable)
- Strong command over Tally, MS Excel, and financial reporting
- Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to identify issues quickly and drive closure independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Prior experience in IT/startup/technology companies will be preferred
