Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance and Accounts Executive located in Bengaluru. We are hiring an Accounts / Finance Assistant to support day-to-day accounting and finance activities. This role is suitable for freshers with basic accounting knowledge,
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounts and financial records
- Enter vouchers, invoices, and receipts in Tally/Excel
- Assist with billing, payment follow-ups, and expense tracking
- Support basic bookkeeping and documentation
- Assist with GST ,TDS-related entries, tax documentation, and filing support
- Help prepare reports and maintain organized financial records
Eligibility:
- Fresher with 1 -2 year of experience, or retired accounts professional
- Basic accounting knowledge required
- Knowledge of Tally and Excel preferred
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach
- Solid understanding of financial regulations and requirements
