Role Description
As a Finance and Accounting leader based in Bengaluru, you will take on an on-site, full-time role overseeing and managing the financial health of client organizations. Key responsibilities include supervising accounting activities, preparing financial statements, ensuring tax and regulatory compliance, leading audits, and providing strategic insights for financial planning and decision-making. You will coordinate with internal teams to manage client deliverables efficiently and play a key role in guiding clients with tailored financial and compliance solutions.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Financial Analysis
- Proficiency in Tax Compliance, Audit Preparation, and Regulatory Adherence
- Experience in CFO Services, Budgeting, and Financial Planning
- Strong knowledge of Risk Advisory and Transaction Advisory practices
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications such as CA/ICWA are highly desirable
- Previous experience within a consulting, corporate, or similar environment is advantageous
