🚨 URGENT HIRING | FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER
For over 4 decades, Raj and Roy Agencies has been a trusted distributor of premium kitchen, hospitality, and commercial food-service equipment to businesses across India.
We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to independently manage financial operations across three companies of the same family.
📌 Position: Finance & Accounting Manager
💼 Experience: 8–10 years
💰 Salary: ₹50,000–₹60,000 per month
📍 Location: Fraser Town, Bengaluru
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time | On-site
📅 Work Schedule: 6 days a week

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Finance, Accounting & Compliance
- Manage end-to-end accounting and financial processes across all three companies
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records
- Work extensively on Tally and accounting software
- Handle GST calculations, filings, and compliance
- Manage TDS calculations, payments, and submissions
- Prepare e-way bills and interstate billing documentation
- Manage invoicing, receivables, reconciliations, and payment tracking
- Oversee vendor payments and outstanding receivables
- Prepare financial reports and maintain statutory documentation
- Ensure timely compliance across all three entities
Operations & Coordination
- Raise and manage client quotations and invoices
- Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, orders, payments, and documentation
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure smooth order processing and documentation workflows
- Support management with financial and operational requirements
💻 Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
- Strong working knowledge of Tally
- Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, e-way bills and reconciliations
- Strong understanding of accounting and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Experience managing accounts for multiple companies/entities
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple responsibilities
- Bengaluru-based candidates preferred
