Vacancy with a prominent Delhi NCR-based Independent Power Producer specializing in the development, construction, ownership,
operation, and maintenance of solar, hybrid, and storage power plants. The company delivers clean, reliable energy to
DISCOMs and grid infrastructure while supporting industries and commercial entities in transitioning to renewable energy
With a strong foundation in India's steel and solar sectors,the Company is committed to sustainable energy solutions.Currently the Company has 11 manufacturing units spread over various locations in India.
Job Location: Delhi.
Salary Budget: Upto 8 LPA.
JOB ROLE and Expertise Requirement : The Incumbent must be an MBA with 2 to 3 years of experience in Project Finance with IPP ( Individual Power Producer) background a MUST.
Role
• Industry and financial analysis
• Developing detailed financial models for viability analysis
• Preparation of credit presentations and appraisal notes
• Liaising with stakeholders for information gathering, due diligence, term sheets, etc.
• Coordinating with legal counsel and clients for completing legal documentation
• Coordinating disbursements, follow-on activities, and asset monitoring
• Must have Strong accounting fundamentals
