Role Description The Finance Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sadar. The Finance Analyst will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses, as well as supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Daily activities include monitoring cost structures, reviewing revenue and margin trends, reconciling accounts, and ensuring data accuracy in financial systems. The role involves collaborating with operations and management teams to evaluate investment proposals, track key performance indicators, and identify opportunities for efficiency and savings. The Finance Analyst will also assist in maintaining compliance with internal policies and applicable accounting standards, and in preparing materials for audits and senior leadership reviews.
Qualifications
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills, including proficiency in interpreting financial statements and variance analysis.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control principles in a manufacturing or technology environment.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Knowledge of accounting standards and basic tax and compliance concepts relevant to corporate finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CMA, CA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
- Strong quantitative, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Sadar, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.
