Finance Analyst – Job Description
Salary: Rs. 12,000 – Rs. 20,000 per month
Eligibility Criteria
- We are seeking candidates with educational backgrounds in MBA (Finance & Marketing), M.Com, MA Economics, MSc Mathematics & MA Statistics
- Candidates from IT backgrounds or IT-related academic streams are not eligible.
Job Responsibilities
- We offer end-to-end Family Office Management services, helping families manage their complete financial ecosystem.
- Professional client relationship management in personal finance.
- Manage assigned families’ financial accounts and personal finances.
- Collect monthly bank statements and conduct account analysis.
- Manage and engage with clients through virtual platforms.
- Use Finwallet AI tools to perform Account & Financial Analysis.
- Manage client communication through digital platforms.
- Update and maintain clients’ monthly budgets.
- Conduct quarterly financial review meetings.
- Perform annual financial plan reviews.
- Coordinate with auditors for Income Tax Return filing.
- Coordinate with property valuators for property valuation.
- Coordinate with legal advisors for property legal opinions.
- Identify gaps in clients’ financial portfolios.
- Help clients reduce expenses, EMIs, and tax liabilities.
- Recommend suitable financial products aligned with client goals.
- Respond professionally to client queries.
- Generate referrals and acquire new families as clients.
Required Skills
- Fluent English communication (verbal and written).
- Strong team player with collaborative work ethic.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Solution-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and web-based tools.
- Should be good at both online & offline presentation.
- Should have strong numerical ability and emotional intelligence.
