Job Summary

We are seeking a Finance Admin with strong experience in US accounting to support financial operations for our client, Mainetti. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting processes, financial reporting, and working with US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
  • Handle US accounting activities, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports and MIS.
  • Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients for financial data and reporting.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Assist in audits and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in US accounting.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Experience in AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations.
  • Familiarity with accounting tools/software (Traverse is not mandatory).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
