Who’s building this
The founding team brings together deep experience across consumer startups, fashion, and scale:

- Experience across Ex-Voonik (fashion e-commerce)
- Industry exposure with Siyaram’s
- Worked closely with platforms like Lakmé Fashion Week
Now, we’re combining this with an AI-driven approach to design, demand sensing, and production—to build faster, smarter, and more relevant fashion.
🚀 What this role really is
This is not an “accounts executive” role.
You will own the financial backbone of the business—from cash flow to profitability, compliance to control systems.
You are responsible for ensuring that every rupee is tracked, optimized, and contributes to growth, while building strong reporting and financial systems from scratch.
🎯 What you will own
Finance & Business Control:
- Track and improve unit economics (per order profitability)
- Build visibility on margins, costs, and leakages
- Work closely with founders on financial decision-making
MIS, Reporting & Dashboards:
- Build and maintain MIS reports, P&L, and Balance Sheet
- Create real-time dashboards for revenue, cost, margins
- Build reporting systems from scratch (Excel / Google Sheets / tools)
- Use formula-based models, pivot tables, and structured data systems
Cash Flow & Working Capital:
- Manage daily cash flow and burn
- Plan and optimize working capital cycles
- Ensure smooth vendor payouts and receivables tracking
Accounts, Compliance & Systems:
- Handle GST, TDS, filings, and statutory compliance
- Manage books of accounts, reconciliations, audits
- Work on Tally / Zoho Books (or both)
- Ensure clean, accurate, and timely financial records
Reconciliations (Critical Area):
- Handle marketplace payment reconciliations (Amazon, Myntra, etc.)
- Manage logistics and courier reconciliations
- Identify and plug financial leakages in payouts, returns, claims
Cost Control & Leakages:
- Identify and reduce unnecessary expenses
- Track returns, logistics, production costs from finance lens
- Improve overall cost efficiency across functions
Team & Vendor Management:
- Manage and scale the accounts team
- Manage factory, logistics, and service vendor payments
- Negotiate better payment terms and cycles

🧠 What we’re looking for
- Experience in accounts / finance in ecommerce / D2C / startup environment
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, compliance, and financial systems
- Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets / dashboards / data handling
- Ability to build reporting systems and MIS from scratch
- Comfortable with Tally / Zoho Books
- Ability to think beyond accounting into business finance
- High ownership and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured setup

💰 Compensation
- Fixed: ₹6–10L
- Variable: ₹2–4L (linked to margin improvement, cost control, cash flow efficiency)
- ESOP: 0.5% – 1%
