We're Hiring: Finance & Accounts Manager (E-commerce & Logistics)

Experience: 2-3 Years
Industry Preference: E-commerce / Logistics / Courier Aggregator / Supply Chain
We're looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager who can independently handle the complete finance function of Shipowl.io. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the e-commerce and logistics industry and be comfortable managing high-volume reconciliations and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete accounting and finance management of the company.
- GST compliance, GST reconciliation, GST filing, and monthly reporting.
- COD reconciliation with courier partners.
- Invoice reconciliation with logistics companies, vendors, and clients.
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable management.
- Track who needs to be paid and who owes payments to the company.
- Monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) preparation and financial analysis.
- Build and maintain real-time Finance & P&L dashboards for management.
- MIS reporting with business insights.
- Bank reconciliation and cash flow management.
- Tally accounting and bookkeeping.
- Advanced Excel reporting (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, Dashboards, etc.).
- Coordinate with auditors, CA, and internal teams.
- Ensure financial accuracy and timely closure of monthly accounts.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- GST, TDS, and accounting compliance.
- Experience with e-commerce and logistics reconciliation.
- Strong understanding of COD settlement cycles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of the finance function.
Preferred Experience
Candidates from companies such as courier aggregators, logistics companies, e-commerce marketplaces, D2C brands, fulfilment companies, or dropshipping businesses will be preferred.
