Fast-growing, bold, and ambitious, we’re scaling quickly and we need a Finance & Accounts Executive to manage the overall accounts.
The Role
We are seeking a sharp and detail-driven Finance Executive with 2–3 years of experience preferably in the E-commerce industry. The ideal candidate will be a commerce graduate with hands-on expertise in Tally ERP 9, Excel, and Google Sheets, and the ability to manage day-to-day finance operations with accuracy and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Record and manage Tally ERP 9 entries.
- Handle invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Ensure accurate filing of GSTR, TDS, and EPF returns.
- Manage procurement, vendor coordination, and payment processing.
- Track and monitor material consumption and reconcile records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial workflows.
- Maintain financial compliance and ensure timely statutory submissions.
- MIS preparation
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in the E-commerce sector.
- Should be proficient in English and Hindi both, Written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent).
- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP 9, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
