·        Russell and Dawson – An Architecture/Engineering/Construction firm (www.rdaep.com)

We are hiring Chartered Accountant with more than 2 years of experience for performing various financial and accounting tasks such as Accounting, Budgeting, Balance Sheet, Payments, Invoices, Taxation & Regulatory Compliance Requirements for USA based businesses.

 

Job Location:

·        Ahmedabad (Siddhivinayak Towers, Makarba)

 

Shift Timings:

·        6pm to 3am

·        Monday to Friday

·        Work from office

Responsibilities:

·        Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts

·        Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies

·        Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

·        Maintain records of vendor transactions and ensure timely payments. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for payment processing

·        Generate and issue invoices or Purchase Order to internal or external customers

·        Business Operations

·        Assist in preparing tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations

·        Payroll Processing

·        Monitor and manage company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgets and cost control measures

 

Skills Required:

·        Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) with atleast 2 years of work experience

·        Knowledge of Tally or QuickBooks

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·        Excellent attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving
