The Opportunity

You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Purchase Order Center of Excellence team you lead and manage day-to-day operations for IT procurement, driving process improvements and mentoring a dedicated team. As a Senior Associate you analyze complex problems, build meaningful client relationships, and navigate ambiguity to deliver quality work while enhancing your personal brand and technical skills. This role offers the chance to make a substantial impact on procurement operations and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting processes to confirm accuracy
- Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs
- Analyze financial statements and provide actionable insights
- Mentor junior staff on accounting principles and practices
- Confirm compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
- Develop strategies to enhance financial performance
- Build and maintain sturdy client relationships for future engagements

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Applications, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or MBA
- 4 years of experience in procurement operations, PO processing, or sourcing
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Applications, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or MBA preferred
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Procurement-related certification preferred
- Demonstrating functional knowledge of procurement tools

- Generating and presenting financial and operational reports
