We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager to manage financial operations, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a similar industry such as IT services, system integration, cloud, or technology solutions companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations (AP, AR, GL)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Track project-wise revenue, costs, and profitability
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and vendors
- Oversee payroll and reimbursements
- Prepare MIS reports for management decision-making
- Support pricing and financial planning for IT projects
Requirements
- Degree in Finance/Accounting (CA/MBA preferred)
- 4–7 years of experience in IT services / technology / system integration companies (MANDATORY)
- Strong understanding of project accounting and service-based revenue models
- Knowledge of taxation, compliance, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
