1. Position Overview

Livestream Coffee LLP is seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead and oversee the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end financial functions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth and operational efficiency.

2. Key Responsibilities

· Oversee and manage the complete financial operations of the company

· Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation

· Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

· Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting

· Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, taxation laws, and financial policies

· Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities

· Analyze financial data and provide insights to support management decision-making

· Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures

· Supervise and guide the accounts team, if applicable

3. Skills & Competencies

· Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management

· Knowledge of taxation, compliance, and regulatory frameworks

· Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

· High level of accuracy and attention to detail

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with integrity

4. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.
