Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Accounts Payable Intern (PTP Intern) to support Procure-to-Pay operations for a European pharmaceutical client.
This internship provides hands-on exposure to real-time shared services operations, invoice processing, and vendor management within a structured global delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) / Accounts Payable processes
- Support invoice processing and basic validation of vendor invoices
- Assist in 2-way / 3-way matching (PO, Invoice, GRN)
- Help in maintaining invoice trackers and AP documentation
- Support vendor query tracking and follow-ups
- Assist in purchase order validation and basic data checks
- Support month-end activities (invoice tracking, reports, etc.)
- Maintain proper documentation and filing for audit purposes
- Work closely with team members to understand AP workflows and ERP systems
- Support process documentation and SOP updates
Eligibility / Qualification- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter (IPCC) – pursuing or recently completed
- Mandatory Requirements (Must Have)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Strong interest in Accounts Payable / PTP processes
- Good communication skills (English)
- Willingness to learn and work in a structured shared services environment
- Ability to work from office (Dundigal, Hyderabad)
Preferred Skills- Basic knowledge of invoice processing and accounting entries
- Exposure to MS Excel (basic formulas, data handling)
- Understanding of ERP systems (SAP – basic awareness is a plus)
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn process-oriented work
- Exposure to French language (optional, not mandatory)
Work Mode- Onsite – Dundigal, Hyderabad (Client location – Pharma company)
- Work from Office only
