Role Description
This is an internship role for a Finance Accounting Intern, based on-site in Chennai. The intern will support day-to-day financial operations, which include assisting with the preparation of financial statements, maintaining accounting records, and managing data entry in accounting software. The role also involves analyzing financial data, contributing to financial reports, and supporting overall finance and accounting functions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Statements and fundamental Finance knowledge
- Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and insights
- Experience or familiarity with Accounting Software
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented approach and ability to adhere to deadlines
- Background in Accounting, Finance, or related fields; candidates pursuing relevant degrees are preferred
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance or taxation is a plus
