Role Description
This full-time hybrid role, based in Ahmedabad with some flexibility for remote work, is for a Finance Accounting Intern. The intern will support the finance and accounting team by assisting in preparing financial reports, maintaining financial records, and utilizing accounting software. The intern will also undertake financial analysis, contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and understanding of general finance principles
- Strong Analytical Skills for financial data interpretation and problem-solving
- Experience or familiarity with Accounting Software, such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and present financial information clearly
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of industry-related financial regulations is a plus
