About the Role
This is not your typical finance role. You won't be doing routine compliance work for local businesses. Instead, you'll work alongside some of the fastest-growing tech startups in the country — including AI companies and businesses operating across the US–India corridor.
In the last 15 months, we've grown to serve 80+ startups, and we're looking for sharp, ambitious candidates who want to build real finance, accounting, and strategy skills in a high-growth environment.
If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and genuinely curious about how modern startups are built and financed, this is for you.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting for a portfolio of startup clients
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards that founders and CFOs use to run their companies
- Support investor reporting and board decks for VC-backed startups
- Assist with financial consolidation across entities, including cross-border (US–India) structures
- Contribute to strategic finance and business analysis — not just recording numbers, but helping companies make decisions
- Collaborate with team members across a range of high-stakes client projects
- Communicate clearly with founders, finance teams, and senior stakeholders
- Continuously learn and grow in a fast-paced, startup-driven environment
Key Areas of Exposure
- Startup bookkeeping & accounting
- MIS reporting & founder/CFO dashboards

- Financial consolidation (including US–India cross-border)
- Strategic finance & business analysis

Other Requirements
- CA Intermediate (Group 1 / Both Groups) cleared
- Strong fundamentals in accounting and financial reporting
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and own outcomes
- Bonus: Any exposure to modern finance tools or startup accounting
