Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division for a Finance Accountant. The Finance Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, managing compliance with tax regulations, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, conducting financial analysis, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment with company goals and financial policies.
Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar tools
- Analytical Skills: Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with taxation, compliance, and financial regulations in India
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective internal and external coordination
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in financial record management and analysis
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional accounting certification like CA, ACCA, or equivalent is an advantage
- Experience: Previous experience in an accounting or financial management role, particularly in dynamic or tech-based industries, is preferred
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and accurately meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
