Role Description
We are seeking a Finance & Account Specialist for a full-time, on-site role in Gurugram. In this position, you will be responsible for managing financial statements, overseeing accounting operations, analyzing financial data, and preparing reports. You will collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations while supporting the company’s financial strategies and goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Finance and Accounting principles
- Ability to prepare and analyze Financial Statements
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in financial software and tools is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
- Experience in financial management or accounting roles is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or CA.
