Role Description The Finance Account Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Sonipat. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and ensuring accurate general ledger entries. The specialist will handle payroll administration, support monthly and annual closing activities, and assist with budgeting and financial analysis to inform business decisions. The role also involves reconciling accounts, maintaining compliance with relevant financial and tax regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide clear and timely financial information.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting, with the ability to manage core financial processes. Will be responsible for leading payable and receivable functions apart from closing monthly financial statementd
- Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to review data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Experience in Payroll Administration, including accurate processing of salaries and statutory deductions.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with accounting software / SAP B1 and MS Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with operations and management teams.
