About the Role 

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to oversee accounting operations, GST & TDS compliance, payroll management, client billing and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance and smooth day-to-day financial operations while supporting management with actionable insights. 

Key Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Manage daily accounting entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations. 
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. 
  • Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records. 
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning. 
  • Handle GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns) and reconciliation 
  • Manage TDS calculation, payment, and return filing. 
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT) 
  • Process monthly employee salaries accurately and on time 
  • Maintain payroll records including attendance, leaves, deductions and bonuses. 
  • Handle reimbursements and employee expense claims. 
  • Generate and maintain client invoices. 
  • Track project-wise billing and maintain updated billing lists. 
  • Follow up with clients for outstanding payments. 
  • Maintain proper documentation of payment records. 
  • Maintain daily financial reports and MIS statements. 
  • Monitor company expenses and operational financial needs. 
  • Maintain office pantry expense records and inventory tracking. 
  • Support management with financial insights and reporting 

Eligibility Criteria 

  • 1–4 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation 
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance 
  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting tools 
  • Good communication and client-handling skills 
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
