Educational Qualification
- ICWA / CA / MBA (Finance)
- M.Com
- Semi-Qualified CAs
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day financial accounting operations
- Prepare, review, and maintain financial statements, reports, and records
- Handle costing analysis and support cost optimization initiatives
- Assist in pricing decisions through financial evaluation and profitability analysis
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and highlight key deviations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal controls
- Support management with financial insights and MIS reports for decision-making
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for audits and financial reviews
Desired Profile
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance
- Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, Costing, Pricing, and Budgeting
- Good understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and controls
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in TALLY, MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems
- Ability to work with accuracy, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
- Good communication and coordination skills
