🚀 Hiring: Head – Accounts & Finance (CA) | Senior Leadership Role
We are currently partnering with a well-established diversified business group to hire a Head of Accounts & Finance who will play a critical role in driving financial strategy, governance, and business performance.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Accountant with strong commercial acumen to take ownership of finance for a growing business and work closely with leadership on strategic decisions.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Control
• Lead accounting, financial reporting, and periodic closures.
• Ensure accuracy across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Strengthen financial controls, governance, and compliance frameworks.
Fund Management & Banking
• Manage working capital, cash flows, and fund utilization.
• Drive banking relationships, credit facilities (CC/OD), and financial structuring.
• Handle documentation, limits, and lender coordination.
Compliance & Audit
• Ensure adherence to statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead audits, filings, and external stakeholder coordination.
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
MIS & Business Partnering
• Deliver MIS, dashboards, and financial insights to leadership.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Drive cost optimization and profitability improvement initiatives.
🧠What We’re Looking For:
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
• 10+ years of experience in finance leadership / controllership roles.
• Strong exposure to fund management, banking, and financial structuring.
• Expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and audits.
• Hands-on approach with MIS, Excel, and financial systems.
• Ability to partner with business leaders and drive strategic outcomes.
