We are looking for recently qualified Chartered Accountants (2026 Batch only) to join our Business Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for CA Freshers to build their career in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Finance, and Commercial Finance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Support P&L analysis and business performance reporting
- Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards
- Perform financial analysis and provide business insights
- Support cost analysis and financial planning activities
- Coordinate with internal teams and business stakeholders
- Assist in partner reconciliation and collections
Eligibility
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – 2026 Batch Only
- Freshers only
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good to have:
- Articleship experience in Business Finance, FP&A, Financial Planning, Financial Analysis, or Commercial Finance will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to NBFC, FinTech, Lending, or Marketplace businesses is preferred.
