The Restaurant Manager is an individual who partners with the General Manager to lead and support the success of the front of house. You will lead and train all front of house staff, manage daily operations, while you will maintain high standards in Rocky Mountain Hospitality.
What are we looking for?

- A can-do, problem solving and fun-loving attitude.
- Experience Is preferred but required.
- Must be of legal age to purchase alcohol.
- Be able to lift & carry 35 lbs. unassisted.
- Must have the ability to move around 80-90% of the shift.
- Must be able to perform work for 8-12 hours at a time.
In your role, you will be:
- Teach, coach, lead and motivate the team while managing the day-to-day operations of running a restaurant.
- An ambassador and steward for high end guest experiences in an approachable environment.
- Source, train and schedule for impact and results.
- Demonstrate high level hospitality to both guest and team member in actions, tone and demeanor.
- Deliver quality results in financial performance by proactively driving sales and managing financials to the bottom line.

Requirements
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time (4+ hours)
- Computer and email literacy
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic financials
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
