We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager / Media Buyer (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other paid social platforms. Your main tasks will include: Developing and executing performance marketing strategies to drive growth Analyzing campaign performance and providing recommendations for optimization Managing daily campaign operations, including budgeting, bidding, and ad copy creation Collaborating with the wider marketing team to ensure alignment and synergy Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in performance marketing The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in performance marketing, with a track record of successfully managing and optimizing digital campaigns Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with the ability to interpret and act on campaign insights Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders Proficiency in using various marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Passion for the latest marketing trends and a willingness to stay on top of industry developments This is a 100% remote or Hamburg-based role.
