Role Description:
Photon is hiring for an experienced "Finacle Business Analyst" with strong banking domain expertise to join our team.
Experience: 8–16 Years
Role: Finacle BA
Location: Bangalore
Notice period: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Work on Finacle banking software implementations and migration projects
Handle modules such as Trade Finance, Payments, CASA/TD, Finacle Integrator, and CRM
Perform Finacle customization and functional testing
Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on functional requirements
Execute functional, regression, and integration testing
Troubleshoot and resolve Finacle system issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with regulatory and banking standards
🎯 Required Skills
8–16 years of hands-on experience with Finacle
Prior experience in Finacle migration projects (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of banking processes, financial products, and services
Good understanding of Finacle menus and system logic
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
