About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes for both our corporate office and factory. The HR Manager will play a key role in ensuring the company attracts retains and develops the best talent while fostering a positive and productive workplace environment. Key Responsibilities : Talent Acquisition and Recruitment : Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the endtoend recruitment process including job postings interviewing and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to understand and fulfill staffing needs. Employee Relations : Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HRrelated inquiries. Handle employee grievances disciplinary actions and terminations in a fair and consistent manner. Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives. Performance Management : Develop and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management issues. Identify training and development needs and facilitate appropriate training programs. Compensation and Benefits : Oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure accurate and timely processing. Conduct salary benchmarking and job evaluations to maintain competitive compensation structures. Manage employee benefits programs and communicate benefits information to staff. Compliance and Policy Management : Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations at both corporate and factory levels. Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed. Conduct regular audits to ensure HR practices are compliant with company policies and legal requirements. HR Strategy and Planning : Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to senior leadership. Lead HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement. Health and Safety : Promote a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and trainings at the factory site. Address and resolve any workplace safety issues promptly.
