About Big Deck Energy (BDE)
We’re a creative studio that brings a film director’s lens to brand storytelling. From cinematic pitch decks to brand films and AI-led visuals, we build high-impact, narrative-driven work for brands and founders.
The Role
We’re looking for a Film Visual Researcher who lives and breathes films, ads, and storytelling.
Your job is to break down references from commercials and cinema, and translate them into strong visual directions for creative projects.
What You’ll Do
- Watch and break down commercials, films, and visual content into usable references
- Build moodboards and visual directions for pitch decks and films
- Source and curate frames, shots, and design references with strong taste
- Work closely with the creative team on ongoing brand and film projects
What We’re Looking For
- Strong eye for visuals, framing, and storytelling
- Ability to understand and break down shots/scenes from films & ads
- Organised, detail-oriented, and fast with research
- Someone who enjoys cinema.
Details
- Full-time, on-site role (South Mumbai)
- Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience (Film / Media / Design backgrounds)
- High-performing candidates may be offered a full-time role at BDE post internship
