Key Responsibilities
- Operate vial/ampoule filling and sealing machines in an aseptic environment.
- Perform line clearance, machine setup, and changeover activities.
- Ensure proper sterilization and cleaning of equipment as per SOPs.
- Monitor filling volumes, sealing quality, and overall machine performance.
- Maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR) and logbooks accurately.
- Follow GMP, SOPs, and safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in environmental monitoring and ensure compliance with cleanroom practices.
- Identify and report deviations, breakdowns, and quality issues.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, and Maintenance teams during operations.
- Ensure minimal downtime and adherence to production schedules.
