As our founding designer, you'll collaborate with engineers to deeply understand workflows, research pain points, and design intuitive solutions to transform how products are designed. This role goes beyond visual design - you'll help in shaping Figr's upcoming design tools and determine which problems to solve first. As a key design hire, you will:
Work with our Data Science and ML team to shape up the generative UI technology
Conduct user research to deeply understand designers' needs
Create gorgeous, pixel-perfect interfaces and experiences
Design animated interactions that delight users
Collaborate closely with engineers to implement new features and products
