AI-Gen Video Creative – Junior Level (Remote)

We are now looking for a Junior Creative – AI-Gen Video Enthusiast to join our Asia Team, supporting the creative and production units in developing new forms of storytelling through AI-generated video content.

This role is ideal for someone curious, experimental, and genuinely passionate about the evolution of AI in visual creativity. You’ll collaborate with art directors and strategists to transform creative ideas into short-form videos using the most modern AI video tools and workflows available today.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

- Ideate and produce AI-generated videos using the latest generation of AI tools.

- Collaborate with art directors and strategists to develop creative briefs into visual stories.

- Research new tools, workflows, and trends in AI video and synthetic media.

- Write effective prompts and scripts to guide AI generation and improve creative output.

- Contribute to Figmenta’s internal R&D initiatives within the Asia Team, exploring new creative frontiers.

🎯 Requirements

- Proven experience with AI video tools, including Veo or similar platforms.

- Ability to showcase examples or personal experiments with AI-generated videos.

- Solid understanding of prompting logic (text-to-video, image-to-video, multimodal).

- Passion for storytelling, visual communication, and new media.

- Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn fast.

- Good communication skills in English.
