About Us:
PatientFlow helps doctors in elective-procedural clinics like Dermatology, Aesthetics, IVF, and Dentistry grow online by managing everything from ads to conversion and retention, ensuring a steady flow of patients.
We're looking for a detail-oriented, Figma-savvy designer to craft polished UI layouts, scalable design systems, and intuitive interfaces that are clean, consistent, and production-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design dashboard UIs and complex interface layouts in Figma.
• Build and maintain component libraries and design systems.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Manage design handoff to developers via Figma Dev Mode.
• Ensure consistency across typography, color, spacing, and iconography.
• Keep Figma files well-organized and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
• Strong Figma proficiency - Auto Layout, Components, and Variants.
• Proven experience designing data-heavy or enterprise UI.
• Solid understanding of design systems and component-driven workflows.
• A sharp eye for detail and pixel-perfect execution.
• Familiarity with motion design through Figma Smart Animate.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Experience with Adobe XD or Illustrator is a plus.
