As the Director of Engineering, Growth at Figma, you will lead a cross-functional organization focused on accelerating Figma's business across the entire customer journey—from first touch to enterprise expansion. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone excited to scale product-led and enterprise growth strategies, build infrastructure to support fast experimentation, and shape the company's next stage of growth. You'll partner closely with Product, Design, Data, Marketing, and Sales to build an engineering organization that's obsessed with learning, experimentation, and delivering customer value at scale. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
