At Figma, Data Scientists are deeply embedded within cross-functional teams across the company—from Product to Finance, Marketing, and Platform. We are hiring across a number of roles in these areas. This is ideal for someone excited to own high-impact data projects, partner strategically with stakeholders, and shape the future of our products and business. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and technical skills, business intuition, and a collaborative mindset to guide decision-making and unlock growth opportunities. You'll work on problems ranging from understanding user behavior to optimizing revenue strategies, improving internal tooling, and influencing product direction through experimentation and data modeling. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
