Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive based in Chennai. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and approaching prospective clients, showcasing properties, and providing relevant property information to assist their buying decisions. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, building relationships with potential customers, managing property site visits, meeting sales targets, and maintaining detailed client records. Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales, customer acquisition, and lead conversion
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage field sales activities and site visits efficiently
- Basic understanding of the real estate industry and market trends is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage client documentation
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Flexibility to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
